A Few Core Facts (some new info for some of you)

• The governmental contracted Janus Corporation is working on nanotech research. This is the primary research on the station.
  
• There are two colonial chains of command. For the most part those actually on Acheron follow Marine Command (this means Pallas and White). There is one large vessel that serves as a guardian which is under the command of the Colonial Fleet, and they serve as the metaphorical Cerberus to the station (Achilles would be under their command).
  
• The two groups largely remain autonomous. The marines are concerned with activity within the station and perimeters. The fleet is concerned about security around the station.
  
• Viper and Raptor patrols are often sent along the Armistice Line for any potential threats (Colonial or Cylon): Colonial would be more spy vessel in nature.
  
• Ministry of Defense member Dr. Amorak is on board to inspect the defenses on-board the station to make sure they are up to "standard".
